As the draft of the Manifesto for Adaptive Change begins to come into focus, Summit participants are invited to join a series of eight facilitated one-hour sessions to consider the top-line results so far, and to dig into what they might mean for your organization. “Adaptive muscles” are the capacities that support innovating, and help you achieve adaptive change across different dimensions of your work – such as leadership, governance, programs, culture, finances, audiences, and civic engagement. Share how you’re flexing these muscles, and learn more from your colleagues about the “next practices” they’re adopting. Then have direct input to what you consider the most important capacities to feature in the draft Manifesto. These brisk exchanges will help shape the Manifesto presentation in the final Summit session. Choose one of four concurrent breakouts for each hour.
