About the Position

EmcArts Inc. is recruiting an experienced Program Associate to assist and support the Director of Community Initiatives and other EmcArts staff members in the management of day-to-day operations of our community-based programs for arts and culture organizations in specific cities or regions, most notably the New Pathways for the Arts program.  The successful candidate will have a strong interest in organizational innovation and adaptive change in arts and culture organizations and be an outstanding and proactive implementer with strong organizational, event production, and interpersonal skills. Candidates should have experience working with arts and culture organizations, experience producing and coordinating events remotely, and thrive working as a part of a small, close-knit creative team.
