I’m so excited to be attending the Americans for the Arts annual convention in Nashville this week!
I’m looking forward to arriving early for the Arts Leadership pre-conference, though I must admit I’m having a tough time choosing between the many intriguing sessions during the main convention (EmcArts‘s President, Richard Evans, will also be present at the main convention).
This will be my first time at the annual convention, and I’m eager to meet leaders from around the country who are thinking critically about the future of the arts and culture field, and who are exploring what organizations must practice in order to stay relevant and adaptive.
Throughout the convention, I’ll be reporting my observations and reflections out on Twitter, and sharing bites of conversations I’m having with attendees and presenters right here on the ArtsFwd blog. Stay tuned to read more about what I’m learning and noticing in Nashville.
